This place suits me perfectly, providing free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a shared kitchen. The staff helped me with printing on my first stay, and I remember Pepe, who was very friendly and checked on me. I'm coming back for Christmas.

The views from the hotel are absolutely breathtaking, especially overlooking
the river and Pico Bonito National Park. The staff is remarkably attentive and helpful, particularly Walter, who ensured we had everything we needed, including transport and tours. Just be aware that dining options may be limited, especially at night.

Stunning views of the surrounding mountains.
I was quite frustrated with the limited dining options, especially since the restaurant was only open on weekends. This made planning meals a challenge. Additionally, the uphill walk to the hotel was unexpectedly demanding after a full day of activities, and having to arrange for meals off-site added to the inconvenience.

The uphill walk to the hotel is more strenuous than expected!!! Limited restaurant hours forces inconvenient meal planning!!! It would be nice to have basic items like coffee available during the weekdays!!!

Staying in the Suite with Mountain View was a great choice, especially with the beautiful hikes and kayaking just minutes away. Walter arranged an incredible rafting tour for us, and the local fish for breakfast was delicious. However, the restaurant only served breakfast during our visit, making it necessary to find dinner elsewhere. Additionally, the uphill walk to the hotel can be quite strenuous, so plan accordingly. Wi-Fi was only reliable in the common areas.

We had an amazing time here! The relaxing swimming pool and sun terrace made our afternoons perfect after a busy day of exploring. Just a heads up, weekdays are fully self-catered, so plan to bring some essentials, but it didn't dampen our fun! 😊
